Unlike most other tech products you will have encountered, one standout feature of starting to work with any of these entities is that you can ask them to guide you.

You chat way to them like you would to a new colleague.  This chat aspect allows you to ask questions and to explore their capabilities, uses, to get ideas and to brainstorm. The chat can be done through typing or through voice.

 They can help word up emails, discuss problems and gather information. They can write up pretty much anything.

An important aspect to remember is that you brief and prompt them, meaning that to get more back from them it is worth being very diligent with how you set something out, the more comprehensive you can be, the better, setting them clear tasks or goals is important.  

If you are not happy with what they produce first time around, then ask them to go back and try again, making it clear what your concerns are.  

They are trained to be “pleasing to work with” so be aware that they are reflectors, and will often praise you and give you warm feedback, intended to allow them to shape to your needs.

This is generally a good thing, but they can sometimes lack constructive critical components.
